Please note that all items on our website are Final Sale. This means no returns, or refundds are accepted under any circumstances. We can offer exchanges of equal value or store credit ONLY

 

Final Sale items include, but are not limited to:

• Clearance or discounted items
• Customized or personalized products
• Any product marked as “Final Sale” on its product page

Once a tag has been removed from an item, it is no longer eligible for review or replacement. We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request at our discretion.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed.

Shipping Policy

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. Once your order is submitted, we cannot make any address changes or modifications. Your order will ship to the exact address provided at checkout.

Any package delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or resent.

Once an order leaves our facility, BodyWerkz is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In such cases, it is the shipping carrier’s responsibility to reimburse or resolve any claims for lost or damaged items.

Damages or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
